My children are visibly upset because of the terrible management in this place. My kids went into the small pool for 5 mins they decided to ask the lifeguard if they were allowed in the sauna for 2 mins just to experience the heat the lifeguard said yes.My boys two 12 year’s old and one 11 year old after a minute in the sauna the manager decided to interigate my children which they gave all true information about themselves .Then after fact checking all the information my children gave multiple times not letting them speak telling them to shut up and go away not letting them back into the pool they paid for with there hard earned pocket money.I’m not happy with this situation and will be taking further action I do not recommend the time capsule.

Visited the Ice Rink for the first time since I was a teenager and was really disappointed. The music was not loud enough to hear. The rink seemed to have shrunk since the removal of the Mammoth as the area where the cafe was seemed to have expanded. Additionally the cafe was not open.
Lockers charged you £1 a time as you were not given this money back, meaning that most people visiting left their coats, bags, etc, lying around on the tables and seats.
The skate hire was easy enough, but the laces on the boots I was given looked like red rope, and they were due to snap at any point.
Toilets were not clean and in dire need of an upgrade from the steel.
This venue could do with an injection of cash for real upgrades or to restore it to former glory by bringing back the dinosaur theme throughout.
No linger the greatest fun in million years.

Time capsule session are 90min only. Ticket Price is affordable. It’s great fun in water my kids always enjoy the time capsule, yellow flume is under maintenance for a long time, so only red is working. Facilities are wonderful enough changing room and lockers, open shower and toilets. Facilities for disable is good. Disable toilets are with shower in it. Cafe is nice and clean and huge. Cafe price is higher then others. Plenty free parking out side. To enter in time capsule has to wait in queue. Over all great day out experience.
