Water Park:
Went with a big group of mates – the place seems very well run and while there was about 60+ of us in the water the guards were very attentive.
Wetsuits, socks and life vest all provided and felt comfortable.
Some of the facilities could do with attention, like the lockers. We struggled for some time to find lockers that weren’t smashed in. Felt like being at school

Suggestion: Some mirrors would be ideal, so that I can see that my wetsuit is on both inside-out and back-to-front :).

Brilliant idea!!! With a few tings to do around, plenty of car park spaces. Easy to get in and out. Very good idea for family day /weekand away. We visit this place few times over the last few years and never got disappointed. Every time I’ve visiting i can see improvement. Keep up the good job. Could be a good idea to lover the prices

Aqua park is brilliant, we go every year. it’s a shame it’s so difficult this time round to try and book for a large party of circa 20 people with some already purchased vouchers at Christmas time. Customer service is poor. Cant get a hold of anyone via phone or email to book the aqua park for a child’s birthday party as online doesn’t work either. We chased them for around 6-7 weeks! Can’t comment on the accommodation part of the park, but I doubt I’ll ever be staying.

I can’t believe in 2-weeks they have put their prices up 200% for Wakeboarding. I paid £40 for 3hrs there 2-weeks ago, which I thought was really reasonable. It was ok, but only had four features out. I was assured the remaining features would be out in the coming weeks. As I’ve gone on their website to book another session, I am shocked it is now £40 for 1hr. This is the most expensive cable in the UK!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when we visited Let’s Go Padel, but I definitely didn’t expect what we encountered. Given the size of the complex, I assumed it would be modern and well-maintained — but the reality was far from it.

The changing rooms were filthy — honestly, I felt like I’d need a tetanus shot just from being in there. I ended up refusing to get changed because of how dirty they were. The photos speak for themselves.

The courts were slightly better, but still not up to standard. There were nails and screws scattered on the ground around the courts — I had to walk over them just to retrieve a ball. To make matters worse, there was a ladder propped up nearby, which could easily have fallen on someone walking past.

It’s genuinely shocking that a place this big, with so much foot traffic and income, could be in such poor condition — especially so soon after opening. Really disappointing experience.
